Orders are placed with the restaurant shown on the site. The restaurant owns the customer relationship, menu, order acceptance, food preparation, and pickup handoff.

The product supports pickup and optional curbside handoff. It does not provide delivery logistics, driver dispatch, or marketplace ordering.

Customer card payments are intended to run through the restaurant's connected processor account. tillnest does not hold restaurant order funds or manage restaurant payouts.

Restaurants can pause online ordering, mark items sold out, accept or cancel orders, and update quoted ready times. Customers should wait for the restaurant's status update before heading over.
